How this practice handles your information
This policy explains how Lachapelle Law handles what you share through this website, by phone or by email.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, email, phone number if you give it, a day for a call, what you'd like to settle and your note. Our website host also keeps standard server logs, such as your browser type and the pages you visited.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and arrange a first call. We don't sell it, rent it or use it for advertising, and we don't contact the other person in your matter without your go-ahead.
Who else sees it
The services that run this website and our email may process your information on our behalf. They aren't allowed to use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we delete contact-form messages within a year. If we do, your file is kept as the rules for lawyers and mediators require.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing greta@lachapellelaw.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page.
