About the first call
What happens on the first call?
About twenty minutes. I'll ask what's going on, explain how mediation works and what it costs, and tell you honestly whether I think it can help.
Will you call the other person?
Only with your go-ahead. Usually each of you has your own first call before you meet together.
Where do we meet?
At the office at 180 Battery Street, a short walk from the waterfront, or by video.
